Das LINSE Hausprojekt ist eine Intitiative die sich schon seit einigen Jahren mit der Problematik der Mietpreissteigerung befasst und in verschiedenen Kontexte unsere Kritik an der aktuellen Mietenpolitik einbringt. Nicht zuletzt unser aller Engagement und Hartnäckigkeit hat in den vergangenen Monaten auch schon einige Früchte hervorgebracht, aber noch gibt es viel zu tun.

20:00 *Info-Veranstaltung: Vom Hausprojekt in die Stadt blicken…* Der Versuch ein Mietshäusersyndikatsprojekt zu verwirklichen, frisst viel Zeit, Kraft und Aufmerksamkeit. Heute blicken wir gezielt in die Stadtpolitk und schauen wie Andere am Thema ‚bezahlbare Mieten‘ und ‚Wohnraum für Alle‘ arbeiten. ab ca. 19:45 *Küfa (vegan), – let’s talk about Hausprojekte* ab ca. 19:30 Uhr : *Siebdruck* – mit passenden Motiven, gegen Spende. LINSE Hausprojekt (https://www.linsehausprojekt.de/) is an initiative that already for some years has been engaging in dialog concerned with rent freeze, rent control and generally everything to do with the currently very problematic development of rising rents and living costs. Lately we have been seeing some first changes in our favour, however, there is still a lot of work to be done! I you feel similarly, please come and join us in our workshop or take part in our informative meeting if you still have questions regarding rent policies or the MHS (Mietshäuser Syndikat) and possible ways to create your safe and cooperative living situation! Or if you only feel like talking about those issues over nice food, also join us!
